About Site:

SleightError.com is part lab, part museum of weird. It’s where I publish my experiments, toys, games, apps, and oddities.

Most projects have a behind-the-scenes goal: learn a new technology, test a system, explore an idea, or accidentally discover a life lesson. I started releasing things publicly after finding my “second (or third) backup folder” full of browser-based prototypes and thinking: maybe someone else gets a nano-second of joy out of this too.

I’m going to build this stuff either way — it’s genuinely fun for me (yeah, I know… nerd).

About Me:

I’m a developer and systems thinker, a dad, an odd creative, a closet philosopher, a gamer, and an outdoor enthusiast.

I build weird things for weird purposes — because we need more out-of-stream thinking.

I also write, mostly to process and understand things better. Like my projects, I decided to publish that too. If you want the more curated writing side, it lives at zachgilkey.com.
